Parking is free and will be bays 1 & 2 opposite the Whitehouse, unless told otherwise. Please feel free to move the cone if it is in the space, as they have been reserved for us.

Yes, of course, chaperones are also welcome, but please keep to a maximum of two due to space. There is additional seating in communal areas as an alternative if need be.

Children and adults may be asked to remove clothing so we can easily examine the relevant areas of discomfort.

We recommend wearing shorts or a vest if you feel more comfortable doing so.

Children – no, treatment is very gentle and does not intend to inflict discomfort.

Adults – depending on presenting symptoms, some aspects of treatment may feel uncomfortable but always tolerable.

For AXA, Aviva or Vitality patients, osteopathy is only covered by Catherine, who is available on Tuesday and Friday.

For WPA patients, osteopathy is covered by both Hannah and Catherine, giving availability Tuesday to Friday.

Cashback providers should be covered by all practitioners across all services but will vary depending on policy.
