Follow-up consultations, typically 30-40 minutes 1–2 months later, assess the progress of your treatment plan and make any necessary adjustments. You will receive a written summary of your consultation, including dietary or lifestyle recommendations, to help you maintain positive changes.
Your herbal prescription will be tailored to your specific needs and may include:

- Dried herbs (for teas or decoctions)
- Capsules
- Syrups
- Creams
- Liniments (for topical use)
Catherine will explain how to use your prescription and provide guidance to ensure optimal results.
Once your prescription is formulated, you will receive an invoice and payment instructions. Your medicine will be:
- Shipped to you by post, or
- Available for collection the following week (arranged with Catherine)
Herbal medicines often have an earthy or slightly bitter taste. Catherine can suggest ways to make them more palatable if needed. While herbs can sometimes produce quick effects, they typically work gradually, promoting long-term balance with minimal side effects.
